Bob Grundell - Hicksville CD

Posted in Design on May 16th, 2008

This disc sleeve and face project was for Bob Grundell and his debut album Hicksville. The artwork is for a 6-panel wallet and companion audio CD which will be produced at Disc Makers. The audio was recorded at The Loft in Hicksville, Ohio.

The water tower and High Street photos were taken by Mark Gevaart with a Olympus C-5060WZ and then I gave them a pseudo Holga style.

I created this logo for Fountain City Christian School. The primary design goal was to produce a simple clean logo that would produce an identifiable brand.

Posted in Commercial, Design, Photography, Tear Sheets on February 23rd, 2008

The Deuce is a product from F.M. Manufacturing that will carry one or two portable restrooms when connected to a truck’s receiver hitch or frame. This project included the photography, layout and the Deuce logo design in which the ‘U’ is an iconic view of the Deuce holding two portable restrooms.

The photo for this advertisement features a retrospective look into C.E. Electronics, Inc. while subtly incorporating current product designs. This advertisement will appear in the 2008 issues of the NAEC Directory and the Elevator World Source, which are the “Yellow Pages” of the elevator industry. This ad is another collaborative effort with Stuart Rosebrock.

Destination Redwood

Posted in 3d & Animation, Tear Sheets on November 15th, 2007

This advertisement was a collaborative effort with Stuart Rosebrock who was responsible for the layout. I modeled and rendered the three sets of elevator doors in 3D Studio MAX and Stuart assembled the renderings with the photos in Photoshop. Initially a two-page spread version was published in Elevator World Magazine and has been reinforced with the single page version show below.
